- Manage and coordinate the Davit engineering team on multiple locations
- Develop products based on market demand
- Control projects and R&D budgets
- Collaborate with other product groups and business partner within the entire value chain
- Motivate, develop, manage disciplines and competences within the team
- Transform, organize and execute long-term strategic goals
- Maintain engineering related procedure and guidelines to meet future requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL, TU, FH) in the field of mechanical engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in a technical field
- Basic technical knowledge of hydraulic and electric systems
- Knowledge of ERP, CAD (preferably Inventor or Creo) and PDM tools
- Leadership skills with the ability to understand and communicated within a diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Experience in cooperation with third parties is an advantage
- Interdisciplinary understanding and interest in teamwork
- High commitment and flexibility
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English – both spoken and written, further languages are desirable
