Xelon focuses on PaaS and IaaS to help 400 customers from over 30 countries manage their cloud infrastructure. We have our headquarter in Zug (Switzerland) and a research and development office in Kiev (Ukraine).

Both locations are working hand in hand to further develop our product and serve a growing community of it service providers and developers.

Tasks

If you want to have a significant impact on our success story, we'd love to have you as our new Head of Sales

What you'll be doing:

Leading our sales, customer success and solution architects team of 5 people, and scaling it
Managing & implementing sales activities in Switzerland and internationally
Expanding into new markets, regular travels across Switzerland, Europe, and North America
Handson sales activities to hit monthly revenue targets.

Requirements:

What we expect from you
- longstanding experience in B2B sales and a strong hands-on mentality.
- actively built and led a sales team, preferably international.
- demonstrable experience in growing revenue from CHF 5'000'000 to CHF 20'000'000
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- demonstrable experience in a C-suite or senior management role, preferably at a startup.
