Ihre Herausforderung
- Support for the back office team in daily Business
- Analyze and optimizing existing operations processes, share best practices,
- Improve efficiency in organizational structure and technologies
- Build strong relationships with other crossfunctional related departments
- Contract Management and organization electronic and physical archive
- Schedule and coordinate complex meetings and arrangements
- Project management and event coordination
- Updating intranet sites
Ihre Kompetenz
- Administrative Assistant certification (apprenticeship or professional school)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as administrative assistant or experience giving administrative or organizational support
- Understanding of Finance and ebilling tools
- Proven working skills in international teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
