Admin Assistant (m/w):


Ihre Herausforderung

  • Support for the back office team in daily Business
  • Analyze and optimizing existing operations processes, share best practices,
  • Improve efficiency in organizational structure and technologies
  • Build strong relationships with other crossfunctional related departments
  • Contract Management and organization electronic and physical archive
  • Schedule and coordinate complex meetings and arrangements
  • Project management and event coordination
  • Updating intranet sites

Ihre Kompetenz

  • Administrative Assistant certification (apprenticeship or professional school)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as administrative assistant or experience giving administrative or organizational support
  • Understanding of Finance and ebilling tools
  • Proven working skills in international teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
