Internship Portfolio Management & Project Assurance Support %):
Part of the Corporate PMO team responsible for Project Portfolio Management and Assurance.
Support of our core sub-portfolios for Air Traffic Management Operations and Technology.
Support introduction of new lean practices as we accelerate the journey to a Strategy and Value led portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

-
Primarily: Sub-portfolio support (40%)

Support the Senior team members assigned to support and provide assurance to them assigned sub-portfolio. This covers administrative support,
- including follow up with Project managers / Epic Owners.

E.g. ensure data quality exists in the portfolio management suite of tools, follow up on upcoming management decisions (Gates), documentation,

- analyze portfolio situation

Secondarily:

New System (PPM) Introduction (40%)

As part of company's overall move to SAP 4 Hana, there is a replacement of the current Portfolio and Project system (PPM).

You will be involved in the
- testing and preparations for this change, and subsequent stabilization phase after go-live during 2024-
Thirdly: Corporate Portfolio (20%)

Support the Team lead, for portfolio lifecycle management and assurance, covering six core domains - Strategy, Governance, Value, Stakeholders,

Capacity/Competencies and Risks and involves preparing databased analysis, metrics

Your profile:

Swiss nationality or has a valid work permit for Switzerland
First or second degree in project management or engineering, pays attention to detail
Training / experience / qualifications under development in project and portfolio management including latest project management approaches

(Agile, Benefits and Value)- In the process of acquiring a doctor's or master's degree in one of the above areas

Strong analytical problem assessment and problem solving
Meets schedules, deadlines, and performance goals
At ease in working in complex matrix organization
Good communications skills, empathetic yet firm people interaction
Has an outstanding appetite to learn, pass on, and extend your horizon
Thrive in a changing environment, surrounded by highly experienced practitioners
Mastery of English language both in oral and in writing (level C1 min, advanced)
Has a good oral and written language skills in French or German; mastering both languages is a clear asset
Good IT user skills (MS Office, internet)
