Purpose:

  • The Director of Data and Analytics for the Europe Region (RE) is responsible for changing the mindset to treat data as a datadriven decisionmaking resource, enabling the creation of largescale reporting and analytics solutions while generating additional value for the company. Further, will collaborate with Countries, CE&E and relevant IMI stakeholders (i.e., MAP) to pioneer next generation customer engagement through data and AI, driving transformational impact.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the Data & Analytics leader to the RE in defining, aligning, and harmonizing impactful KPIs, to create a single source of truth and enable discoverability of these KPIs for use across the range of reporting and analytics solutions (i.e., Pop-to-Sales models)
  • Partner with Countries, RE TAs and CE&E teams to drive reporting solutions capabilities rooted in insights and storyboarding, effectively influencing stakeholders, and communicating findings crossfunctionally to secure management action across RE IM therapy areas
  • You will define the internal and external factors that affect our commercial performance, develop clear and actionable KPIs, and deliver selfservice reporting solutions that provide forward visibility to our business leaders. Further, this role will partner with IMI teams, Country stakeholders, and RE teams to drive business outcomes and drive value realization
  • You will Develop and manage longterm reporting & analytical solutions and drive execution for RE Leaders and CPOs to support the reporting priorities, marketing, digital, sales and Patient services operations
  • You will collaborate with Country teams to drive the Data products with the rigour of the standardized KPIs, drive change management, manage a crossfunctional reporting solution suite to serve multiple customers and use cases across the RE and IMI ecosystem
  • Implement and drive governance around building reporting data products. Scouting and onboarding newer data sources and linking them with other relevant sources for Reporting across countries and brands
  • Focus on driving business value through a productbased approach, agile execution, and effective change management to ensure efficient delivery and greater adoption and integration of analytics insights within the RE business processes

Minimum requirements

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required: BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or other technical degrees

Preferred:
MBA or MS

  • 8+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, marketing science, or a similar role
  • 5+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare in reporting & analytics
  • Experience in leading largescale enterprise solutions, driving adoptions of these solutions and driving impact/ value realization globally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to drive change management with CPOs
  • Strong understanding of endtoend pharma value chain (Discovery, Development and Commercialization process) and experience with field analytics, marketing and sales Analytics
  • The highlevel initiative, ability to multitask, and passion for asking and answering questions with large, complex datasets while consistently seeking to innovate solutions
