The role holder will assist in the implementation of changes to the Risk Assessment and Appetite capability of the Financial Crime Risk "Key Deliverable" (KD) programs and other projects in which the team is committed, as well as ensuring implementation is aligned to the target state vision for team.

This is a crucial role with the task of turning the overall vision into reality, and ensuring that DB is equipped with a dynamic and effective risk measurement and response capability.

Your key responsibilities

Lead implementation of committed changes to the methodology, systems and processes, including assisting with overall strategy and design.
Initial focus on development of a data, system and technology capabilities, with a medium term plan to create BAU processes )including Data Champion for AFC Switzerland)
Lead broader execution teams in their delivery, and ensuring consistent alignment of implementation to the target state design, both in Switzerland and the global Risk Assessment Capability.

Your skills and experience

Strategic minded, with a clear sense of vision and purpose, the roleholder must have a proven ability to translate vision into reality
Practical senior level project management and relevant leadership/managment experience in planning and implementing complex projects and management coordination across divisional and functional boundaries
Ability to communicate in a clear and targeted manner (orally and in writing) at all levels of the organization, with a particular focus on the highest management level of the Bank
Practical experience in risk and compliance functions with management responsibility, and knowledge of core systems and frameworks with which the bank manages risks
Understanding bank regulation and regulatory investigations
