- Demonstrate expertise in D365 functional areas, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Power Platform Apps

- Act as the interface between functional requirements and development initiatives, by owning functional specifications and being able to translate them into developer's language
- Support the development team during design sessions, comprehending business problems, and implementing solutions through in-platform configuration
- Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, offering guidance in Supply Chain and Finance
- Promote the understanding of D365 standard processes and help minimize technical debt while instilling best practices in the business processes Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a preference for a Master's degree
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications
- 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services/consulting firm
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical acumen
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and German Soft Skills
- Confidence, independence, and a professional demeanor
