We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing KOLs in the medical devices industry.

As a KOL Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and maintaining meaningful relationships with KOLs to help establish the knowledge base for our products and expand our reach in different markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, create, and maintain meaningful relationships with KOLs in the medical devices industry.

• Develop and execute strategies to engage KOLs in scientific discussions/forums to establish the knowledge base for our products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

• Support developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.

• Support product launch plans, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Organize and conduct round tables and focus groups to gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.

• Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in KOL management in the medical devices industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies to engage KOLs in scientific discussions/forums.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
