- Program and project management in national and international environments.

- Academic excellence : outstanding bachelor's or masters degree in a renowned University in the field of Business Administration, Organization Studies, Change Management, or Sociology.
- Industry knowledge : strong knowledge (4 to 7 years) of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation (strategy, organization, and processes) in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science
- Consulting experience : strong consulting experience (4+ years) and strong project management and/or change management skills, as well as experience leading teams or project groups. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work
- Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
