The company is headquartered in Losone, Ticino and employs over 200 people. Thanks to a distribution network of subsidiaries and partners, DIAMOND sells its products worldwide.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a customer and service-oriented personality as a
Technical Office Employee.

Your main tasks

After a detailed induction, you will be

- a specialist in the field of fiber optic connectors and components with a customer-oriented and competent approach to our international clientele.

Internally, you will be the contact person for the office staff for technical and commercial questions.

In the Internal Sales department, you will be responsible for supporting our international sales partners and business customers (Europe and worldwide) through the entire customer management process, from the quotation process to the delivery of the products.

In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting the commercial office staff in the department, which you will be able to provide with your in depth technical knowledge.

Profile:

In order to be able to take on this interesting task, you should have

- an indispensable technical vocational training as an HTL engineer in micromechanics or similar
- very good language skills in German, English, French and Italian.
