We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales Operation & Logistics (100%) in Zurich.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you
- lead the Sales operation (eStore, SCM development) & Logistics of the Samsung Electronics product division
- manage the Sales operation & Logistics for the product categories assigned
- communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as EHQ, HQ
- ensure the delivery capacity of the weekly delivery plan, communication, and coordination with the corresponding stakeholders
- manage all Sales operation key figures (e.g. inventory, planning accuracy, etc.)
- take measures in the event of incorrect stock and planning changes in delivery capacity for eStore operation
- maintain data, especially administration of demand (Forecast Management) and create reports and analyses (in collaboration with BI part)
- initiate and coordinate projects as well as process optimizations
- develop the eStore SCM (ex: Auto replenishment enhancement)
- are responsible for planning and warehousing, negotiation of contracts, and management of LSP for local warehouses (cost management)
- secure quality of service, manage inventory, plan and communicate demand for services according to lifecycle and seasonality
- negotiate contract and manage LSP for local transports, securing quality of service, plan and communicate demand of services according to lifecycle and seasonality
- manage customs processes, documentation, tax and duty payments, customs broker contracts, and handling any questions related to customs and ensure that both local legislation and internal regulations are followed
- are responsible for insurance Management and Claims Processing

Additionally, you...
- coordinate among teams (internally Sales~BI~SCM~DTC~MIS and externally EHQ, HQ)
- support and follow up direct and indirect ad-hoc from top management (CFO, CEO)
- are responsible for systems administration (NERP, GSCM, DTC master setting etc.) to support Sales process, logistics cost administration, and responsibility
- you drive Sales operation and logistics projects within Switzerland
- do KPI analysis, reporting, and reply to ad-hoc requests
- manage a team of 6~8 in Austria and Switzerland

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you
- have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration
- have min. 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, DTC, and Logistics in a similar work environment/industry
- already have several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- continually stay educated in SCM, Sales operation, eCommerce, or Logistics
- can negotiate and communicate in Korean and have excellent English or German skills
- have very good MS Office skills
- ideally have experience in dealing with SAP, APS, or with similar systems
- can deal with complex and challenging situations in a goal-oriented and decisive manner
- have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths
- have very good analytical skills and good with numbers
- are a team player and have experience in an international environment
