Are you ready to change the market?:

In summer 2023, we started with our new location in Zurich and now we are looking for further you to support us building up the Swiss market.

You can participate in sales and company strategic projects to build up the entity and contribute to the further development of PAIR Finance Switzerland.

What you can do with us:

Work directly with Marko Kusigerski, our Country Head Switzerland, to proactively identify and manage sales opportunities as well as operational and strategic projects for setting up our business in Switzerland
Continual market, competition and trend monitoring and measurement of development on the basis of operational KPIs
Support to shape strategic partnerships with potential clients and service providers
Support of potential new clients and constant contact until handover to the partnership team
Work in crossfunctional teams on strategic projects
Preparation of analyses, offers, pitches, sales materials as well as reportings and forecasts
Preparation of and active participation in meetings with potential partners and clients as well as representation of PAIR Finance at events

What you should bring for it:

Academic education in management, economics, business informatics or similar.
First work experience in business / corporate development in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, e.g. in a tech startup or in management consultancies
Very good interdisciplinary understanding and interest in the different business areas (such as sales, marketing, finance, business development) as well as good project management skills
Tech affinity and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills in English and German skills are needed
