It's a unique opportunity to develop your expertise and be part of a human and technological adventure.Quality Client Engineer – Automotive SectorMissions:- Be the main contact for clients on quality matters in the automotive scope.- Manage customer complaints (8D, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans).- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators and ensure associated reporting.- Participate in client audits and internal audits.- Contribute to design reviews and product and process FMEAs.- Validate APQP/PPAP files and ensure their compliance with customer requirements.- Work closely with R&D, production, and continuously improve products and processes.Desired Profile:- Engineering degree in mechanics, quality, or equivalent.- Around 10 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in customer quality or project quality.- Good mastery of quality standards and tools: APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSP/MSA, 8D.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Customer service orientation and good autonomy skills, with the ability to work on cross-functional topics.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.- Proficiency in French and English (oral and written). jid6e3dafdaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
