- Sie erstellen Projektpläne, die den gesamten Projektumfang, Meilensteine und Zeitpläne umfassen, mit Fokus auf den kritischen Pfad.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Terminpläne mit den Designphasen, der Ausführung sowie mit den Plänen zur Vertrags-, Beschaffungs- und Dokumentationsstrategie übereinstimmen.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erkennung von Abhängigkeiten und deren Abbildung in den Terminplänen.
- Sie unterstützen alle Teammitglieder in der Verwendung von Techniken und Tools, so dass der Terminplan effektiv genutzt werden kann.
- Sie erstellen für alle Projekte Basis-Terminpläne und koordinieren deren regelmäßige Aktualisierung.
- Sie stellen regelmäßige Updates und Reports bezüglich des Projektfortschrittes und der Projekt Performance zur Verfügung.
- Sie prüfen externe Zeitpläne, um sicherzustellen, dass diese realistisch und kompatibel zu den Gesamtterminplänen der Projekte aufgestellt wurden.
- Sie pflegen aktiv die Schnittstelle zum Kostencontrolling und Risikomanagement.
- Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Bauwesen.
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 demonstrierte Jahre Erfahrung in der Projekt-Terminplanung.
- Sie arbeiten sicher und routiniert mit Planungs-Tools, wie z.B. MS Project, Power BI, SAP, Primavera.
- Sie sind detailorientiert und qualitätsbewusst.
- Sie lieben ein dynamisches Umfeld mit der Möglichkeit, Ihre eigenen Prioritäten und Fristen zu setzen.
