ERP Inhouse Consultant (100 % f/m/d):

The main tasks of your global role:

Global Responsible of the Sales, after sales, Service and Shipping Module for ERP and related third party AddOns
Consulting, development and enhancement of SAP SD, CS and GTS processes as well as for other ERP Applications
Process analysis (requirement), conception and implementation (customizing)
Coordination and interface to external consultants and developers as well as other areas
Resolution of problems and incidents (3rd level support) & responsibility for consistent change management and documentation
Responsibility as Service Delivery Manager for SAP SD, CS and GTS as well as other ERP Solutions
Training, support and education of the 2nd level as well as key users
Deputy / Support of the Head of Global ERP Systems

Your profile:

Master or bachelor's degree in IT engineering or similar education
Experience with standardization of processes
Experience with M&A activities in responsibility area (ideally)
Experience with companies in change process (ideally)

Strong communication skills with various stakeholders at interfaces as well as project management skills

Ability to adapt to different cultures and a high degree of customer orientation
High degree of independence and quality conscience
