The Medical Affairs Group with BIOTRONIK AG in Bülach, Zürich is responsible for the design, conduction and evaluation of international first-in-men, regulatory submission and post-marketing trials as well as investigator-initiated trials.

The Safety Group is responsible for the review, assessment, and reporting of adverse events from clinical trials to European and international Competent Authorities and Ethics Committees according to their specific requirements.

Your responsibilities

Support the Medical Affairs Team in administrative tasks such as document and contract management
Preparation and organization of study documents and study folders
Archiving of study documents

Your Profile

High school graduate, student, or person with apprenticeship, e.g. basic commercial training (KV), nurse, medical practice assistant,
Enjoys organizing, managing and coordinating as well as affinity with MS Office products
Communicative, structured personality with the will to familiarize oneself with clinical topics
Enjoys precise and accurate work
Good knowledge (oral and writing) of German and English mandatory
Experience in the field of clinical trials, e.g. hospital or medical technology desirable
