Our product expert team consists of computer professionals who advise our customers daily on various channels and help them with their purchase decisions.

In order to be able to take this time for each individual person, we need support in the form of new teammates.

Aufgaben:

You will process productspecific inquiries, which will come from internal sources as well as directly from our customers.
The constant expansion and updating of your product knowledge helps you to perform your job flawlessly
You enter and process orders that come in directly from customers or internally
Ensuring customer loyalty, checking customer evaluations, questioning processes, and introducing new ideas are part of your core tasks.

Anforderungen:

You bring advanced knowledge in the category of computers, peripherals, networks
Additionally, product knowledge in the area of photography is an advantage
Willingness to acquire new product knowledge and read up on new topics
Comprehensive analytical thinking is a prerequisite, so that errors can be quickly identified and solutions can be proposed
Your actions are always focused on customer satisfaction and you bring along a backpack full of motivation, commitment and flexibility
Flawless and grammatically correct English (oral and written) is a prerequisite, any other language would be an advantage
