KYC COMPLIANCE MANAGER - KÜSNACHT

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Relevant practical experience in the area of KYC, with a strong understanding of the processes involved
Successfully completed studies in economics, finance or a comparable qualification
FINMA and Polyreg (international financial regulatory bodies) regulations knowledge
GWG (Anti money laundering act (AMLA)) knowledge
Entrepreneurial thinking and decisionmaking skills
Precise and solutionoriented way of working
Handson mentality, loyalty and reliability
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Teamplayer mentality

RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

Improve and develop the internal and external Compliance procedures
Keeping the process and procedures up to date, considering the relevant regulations
Being the first point of contact for Sales and Charter Brokers as well as their Clients in regards to KYC questions
Prepare KYC training sessions for Sales and Charter Brokers, if and as required
Work closely with the Finance Team for checking the source of the funds
Compliance Tasks under FINMA Regulations (Switzerland) such as
Verify the accuracy and completeness of KYC documents received from Brokers
Assess new customers by doing various background checks using different tools (RiskScreen, SECO Sanctions lists, Monaco Asset Freezing list etc.)
Attend the Polyreg basic course and the annual repetition course of PolyReg
Assist with the preparation of the annual Audit by PolyReg and attend the Audit Meeting
Issue KYC Confirmation Letter's upon request from the Broker
Special KYC compliance tasks/checks for other countries
