The responsibilities

We are offering an exclusive postdoctoral position to a talented and highly motivated scientist. You should be interested in investigating interactions between metallo drugs and cells using a broad variety of biochemical and cell biological methods. In addition, the applicant has the unique opportunity to work interdisciplinary in close collaboration with numerous research groups located at the University of Bern and Inselspital Bern.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant who has completed his or her doctorate (Ph.

D) after 2021 or will defend his or her Ph.
D in the upcoming months. For this position, you should be detail-oriented, and enjoy multifaceted scientific challenges. In addition, you should work independently, be curious and committed. Excellent skills and experience in molecular biology are required.

The package

We provide you with the benefits of a university hospital employee including a stateoftheart research environment. The position is open from August 2023 and will be funded initially for a period of two years with the option of extension. The position is full time and paid according to guidelines of the University of Bern.
