What's the role?:

In this role you will be driving our digital transformation of Global Manufacturing network.

You will be part of a dynamic and future oriented working environment with strategic mandate to set priorities and steer project roadmaps with a truly cross functional team.

What does the role involve?:

Drive and shape Smart Factory vision, strategy, framework
Lead, implement and coordinate strategic digital transformation projects,
Lead and coordinate Global Smart Factory community (incl. project updates, alignments and execution, push for tasks and projects)
Define and implement global standards
Plan and monitor project executions
Administrate and maintain global information platform for sharing, learning, planning and exchange by providing all required material and support

What you need is:

A Master's degree in information science or technology management, Digital transformation
A proven track record in developing and implementing strategic road maps in industrial digitalisation
Strong project management skills in a matrix organisation
Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
Fluency in spoken and written English and German
