Job summary
The Technical Facilities Manager will report to the General Manager supporting the management team in the delivery of existing FM contracts with responsibility for the management of hard services for both PPM, reactive works and client projects.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Provide strategic hands-on management of technical components within client contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
Alongside managing their own contracts they will collaborate with peers to support technical delivery across a wider range of client accounts.
