Do you enjoy working in a team-oriented, multicultural and professional environment? In this key role within our Engagement Administration Team, you will be essential in supporting the client-facing Audit Engagement managers in specific administrative and coordinative tasks.

Your contribution to KPMG
The Engagement Administration Team (EAT) is responsible for client and engagement specific administrative processes. From risk process, through the creation of engagement letters and initiating billing - your role is key to increase efficiency and quality
Like every team member, you will act as the point of contact and partner for approx. 5 (Client Facing) Engagement Managers and the engagements they are responsible for
The EAT orchestrator drives proactively the processes and prepares content to enable a more efficient way of working
Additionally, you will interact with our clients to ensure that billing and any office correspondence is delivered by a central and professional administration center
This is what makes you successful
4+ years of relevant experience on topics around administration and coordination, knowledge in risk & compliance is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, any other language is a plus
Service-oriented and a strong can-do attitude
Very persistent, diligent and conscientious way of working, good analytical skills
Committed, resilient and flexible personality who likes to think proactively and takes responsibility


Last but not least:
a real team player, who can think two steps ahead and out of the box
Understanding of Audit environment is a plus
