To strengthen our Intelligent Industry team, we are looking for a Manager/Senior Consultant - Product Lifecycle Management (M/F/d) in Zurich or Lausanne

Your qualifications:

Academic excellency: outstanding Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields from a prestigious Technological University.

Industry knowledge:


  • Extensive knowledge of product development and its core processes
  • Several years of practical project experience in the field of engineering in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors
  • Experience in the project management of complex transformation projects in the engineering environment
  • Experience in the design, optimization, and implementation of processes in product creation
  • Knowledge of engineering IT and virtual product development
  • Knowledge of relevant topics in the area of product lifecycle management

Consulting experience: High degree of reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global management consultancy

Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.

Digital affinity: Very good MS Office skills
