    Job Description

    The Junior Finance Analyst is responsible for managing purchase orders, controlling cost estimates (CE), and preparing weekly payment lists. This role also includes following up with the production and account team on financial project matters, and handling billing-related tasks.

  • Manage the purchase order process
  • Handle management and controlling of Cost Estimate (CE)
  • Compile a weekly payment list
  • Assist the production and account team on financial project matters
  • Manage billing processes
  • Conduct profitability analysis
  • Control non-billable costs
  • Provide strong support for overdue follow-ups
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Participate in carrying out monthly internal controls
  • Involved in cash management follow-up and hedging operations

    In this role, you will work closely with other team members, reporting directly to the Finance Director and the Finance Controller. Our team collaborates with the client-facing Accounts team and the Strategic and Creative team to ensure consistent client and partner satisfaction.

    Pre-requisites:

  • One year of experience in a comparable role and environment.
  • Comfortable with basic Excel functions (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Open-minded with adaptable communication style
  • Business communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven project and time management skills
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • Ability to create financial reports based on data analysis
  • Proficiency in financial computer applications
