    Zu den Haupttätigkeiten gehören:

    • Praktische Durchführung der USP Produktionsarbeitunter Leitung von Teamleader/Stellvertreter und gemäss geltenden Vorschriften (cGMP, SOP, MBR)
    • Dokumentation von Produktionen und Ergebnissen gemäss geltenden Vorschriften (GMP compliant)
    • Diskussion von Ergebnissen, Beteiligung an Fehlersuche und Identifizieren von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten mit Teamleader/Stellvertreter
    • Verantwortlich für das Redigieren oder Erstellen von SOPs und Protokollen
    • Organisation der Prozessräume (GMP-Bereich), einschliesslich Sicherheit und Sicherheitsverfahren
    • Unterstützung der Installation und Qualifikation von neuer Ausrüstung
    • Verwalten, Bewirtschaften und Instandhaltung von zugeteilten Räumen, Einrichtungen und Ausrüstung
    • Durchführung von Raum- und Medienmonitoring unter Koordination des Monitoring-verantwortlichen
    • Unterstützung bei Validierungen, Änderungsanträgen und der Wartung von Einrichtungen, wie zum Beispiel mittels Prüfungen, Verfassen von Dokumentationen und Trenderfassung
    • Installieren/Vorbereiten von Fermentern
    • Inokulation
    • Tägliche Überwachung der Fermenter einschliesslich In-Prozess-Kontrollen
    • Ernten/Mediumwechsel
    Functie-eisen

    Wen wir suchen:

    • Bachelor Diplom in einer naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin
    • Erfahrung im hygienischen und/oder sterilen Arbeiten im regulierten Umfeld
    • Erfahrung mit Kultivierung von Säugetierzellen und bakterieller Fermentation von grossem Vorteil
    • Erfahrung mit Bioreaktoren und Apparatetechnik von Vorteil
    • Fliessende Deutsche Kommunikation in Wort & Schrift
    • Englische Kommunikation
    • Arbeit im Tagesbetrieb
