    Tasks

    You are responsible for the transformation of the digital strategy into specific actions for the Lufthansa Group Airlines. With your strong grasp of online and offline marketing channels and excellent project management skills, you manage the attribution performance tool in our global organization.

  • Manage predictive modelling tools to carry out simulations for marketing activities
  • Optimize digital strategy and set-up to optimize marketing budget and increase return on investment
  • Lead the development of innovative digital marketing technology in collaboration with the airline & regional marketing teams including programmatic media buying and ad operations systems (DMP, AdServer, DSP)
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve customer journey across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Measure and report campaign performance versus goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Actively support the digital transformation of the Lufthansa Group Marketing Department
  • Be ahead of the curve by understanding industry trends

    Requirements

  • University degree in marketing/international business or related field
  • Proven track record and experience (5 years) with digital marketing and performance management
  • Understanding of media and marketing landscape, e.g. consumer trends, media channels, partnerships, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimization towards business goals
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends
  • Strong drive to improve results based on data
  • Ability to lead projects, guide stakeholders, and train team members
  • Strong experience with MS Office tools (esp. Powerpoint, Excel & Teams)
  • Comfortable and competent in an international environment
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
  • Willingness to travel
