    Beschreibung

    We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at a high-end watchmaking Manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds. This is a long-term temporary mission (CDI) role, working 2x8 shift hours.

    Responsibilities:

    • Inspect watch components according to the X range and defined criteria, highlighting any potential defects.
    • Carry out aesthetic and/or functional checks of parts using appropriate tools and established control ranges or plans.
    • Make decisions on rejection, downgrading, or destruction based on company policy.

    In case of non-conformity, diagnose necessary interventions and return parts for correction or product management. Receive products, enter data into current systems, and record inspections in the X system for defective parts. Ensure reporting of activities and gather quality data to share with teams.
