Fidectus is a Swiss-based energy tech company founded in early 2019. We enable energy traders of all sizes to digitize and automate over-the-counter cross-company post-trade processing.

Our Global Energy Network (GEN) connects our clients to all market participants and enables them to benefit from tools for confirmation, regulatory reporting, settlement, netting, financing, and payment.

Your Mission:


As a Growth Marketing Manager you will plan and execute marketing programs to drive growth and demand in EMEA, primarily in UK and DACH.

This role will work closely with sales, customer success and leadership with the goal of driving revenue generation. Core to this role will be building programs and campaigns to grow our pipeline and demand generation. These programs encompass field events, strategic partnerships, target account strategy, webinars, demos, and product launches.

You are the right person for this role if you are excited to challenge the way we market today and build new programs to support our GTM.

Responsibilities - What you will do:

  • Develop the EMEA revenue marketing strategy to drive new customer growth in our utility and corporate segments focusing on the acquisition of new domains and engaging the existing database.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and programs that drive demand and generate revenue.
  • Build and execute a virtual and inperson events strategy focused on demand and revenue generation as well as deal acceleration, including upmarket events, webinars, and case studies to progress large deals.
  • Identify and create content and program development across the user lifecycle to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Identify and run prospecting marketing plays across target accounts, ABM, industry, and competitive verticals.
  • Generate a robust calendar of targeted prospecting campaigns informed by data.
  • Track, measure, and analyse the performance of revenue marketing activity and report results to sales and leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop revenue campaigns and programs, driving sales adoption.
  • Prioritise, manage and optimise marketing spend to deliver against KPIs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to update marketing strategy and tactics.

Your profile - What you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • you're a natural storyteller and know how to craft a compelling narrative. Must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fastpaced, changing environment, all while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of bringing new ideas to the table. We need somebody on the team who can reinvent things and not only execute on known strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with and supporting sales teams in closing more business and leading crossfunctional projects.
  • Proficient in event planning, with experience in conceptualising, organising, and executing successful virtual and inperson events that align with business objectives and drive engagement and results.
  • Leveraging data and regional expertise, you make decisions based on potential business impact, and are able to make reasoned judgments that are logical and wellthought out.
  • Things move fast at Fidectus and you'll be able to identify opportunities as they arise. You're a selfstarter, and have a desire to make a big impact with everything you work on.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the energy trading and/or SaaS industry.
  • A plus: Experience using HubSpot or other CRM and marketing software.
