- You own the Global Process Strategy for the full P2DP and MP2C value chains (Source, Plan, Make, Deliver Commercial S&D)
- You drive Enterprise Alignment by harmonizing processes metrics developmental roadmaps across Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality Finance Commercial ensuring full integration across affiliates
