We are lloking for a Security and Network Team Leader to join a dynamic IT department for a large integrated energy and commodity trading companies, based in Geneva.

You'll be part of the Global IT Infrastructure team and will be responsible for the overall design, deployment, optimisation and day-to-day operations of all aspects of the group wide network and security environment.

This position will be required to actively complete daily operations, troubleshooting and maintenance as well as
designing, implementing, configuring and monitoring network & security solutions across the company.

Main Responsabilities:

Deploy & troubleshoot functional networks and monitor network performance,
Design and deliver appropriate network and security solutions,
New infrastructure for work (new locations, new solutions).
Follow up on services, maintenance contracts,
Collaborate with teams from other countries and regions,
Organise work priorities for the team and basic team management,
Mentor team members,

Profile:

Strong experience in network and security adminsitration,
Experience of Aruba wireless LAN technologies and SoHo VPN solutions,
Experience with Cisco technologies,
Deep understanding of cloud security and networking technologies within AWS
Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
