Position Summary

As a
Financial Advisor reporting directly to the Head of Group Strategy and Business Development you will form an integral part of Nestlé's global M&A team taking on a key role in driving Nestlé's external growth agenda.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Advisor

Oversee and manage all aspects of an acquisition or divestiture process from start to finish
Lead negotiations with counterparties as well as due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets
Provide support in coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses and the carveout of divested businesses
Collaborate with other members of the Acquisitions and Business Development team and support functions to ensure successful project delivery and critical knowledge sharing

What will make you successful

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or similar is a plus
3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking or private equity
Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative; highly organized and detailoriented
Fluency in English
