Responsibilities

TL;DR: Help where it is currently needed the most, establish new, scalable processes which take care of internal operations and help manage the daytoday business

This can include:

Help prepare and manage company finances, monthly reportings, budgets, payroll, accounts payable/ receivable
Maintain and improve financial operations by analyzing data and recommending actions to management
Help coordinate and manage company accounting and provide accountant with documentation needed to produce financial statements
Help with research and strategy (e.g. competitor analysis, market sizes, token models, etc)
Draft contracts, write JDs, onboard and offboard employees from software tools
Investor relations (prepare fundraising material, outreach to investors, schedule meetings)
Communicate with Lawyers in Switzerland about a variety of topics
Help with a variety of strategic projects that come up

Requirements:

Native German speaker or fluent in German.
Based in Zurich or Zug, or willing to relocate to either location and eligible for a B permit.
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in finance, business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a VCfunded startup.
Detailoriented and a systems thinker, with a strong interest in spreadsheets, organizational systems, and data integrity.
Collaborative work style and a dedication to completing tasks.
Ability to quickly learn, take initiative, effectively solve problems, and perform well under pressure.
Willingness to work cooperatively on a diverse range of tasks.
