What you will do
We are currently seeking a buyer to join our procurement team in Switzerland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in procurement dealing with the purchasing of products, parts, services and systems in our multi-disciplined environment.


How you will do it

  • Develop, implement, and lead procurement strategies for defined spend categories
  • Build relationships with key partners, and align with CE Procurement Organisation, Category & Product Management
  • Proactively manage inflation & support pricing team
  • Handle supplier contract management including relationship management and vendor rating
  • Lead eRFx, eAuctions & Tender Initiatives
  • Drive cost savings both regionally and at marketbymarket level
  • Foster continuous improvement in the supply chain
  • ERP data maintenance and data analysis for preparing sourcing activities

What we look for

Required:

  • Professional experience within a procurement environment
  • Competence in English as well as either German or French languages.
  • Confident communicator
  • Open to change with strong handson mentality

Preferred:

  • Successfully completed business studies or comparable education
  • Experience in dealing with digital tendering tools and workflows
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and a high level of solution and service orientation

Workplace:
Pfäffikon SZ or Le Mont-sur-Lausanne
