- Driving Finance / strategic initiatives together with a team of other professionals from the CFO division
- Collaborating with the division's Senior Management team as key gatekeeper for financials
- Reporting of financial information to the respective divisions (and its management team) along with providing all regular financial reports
- Manage yearly financial planning / budgeting process as well as regular forecasting process together with various other area in the CFO division
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. Finance, Accounting or Economics, etc.)
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Power BI Desktop and/or Tableau is a plus
- Existing experience with zero based budgeting is a plus
- Be proactive and act with care and assertiveness
- Ability to negotiate or design pragmatic and yet effective solutions
- Willing to drive on own initiative, willing to take responsibility
- Requirement for discretion, a diligent approach to topics and trustworthiness
