    Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Visp, Schweiz, suchen wir einen detailorientierten und analytischen Projektmanager (m/w/d) für IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerktechnik. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung und Koordination komplexer IT-Infrastrukturprojekte, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Netzwerktechnologien, und stellen deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Ausrichtung auf die Unternehmensziele sicher.

    Aufgaben:

    • Sie planen, führen und beaufsichtigen IT-Infrastrukturprojekte, wobei Sie sich hauptsächlich auf netzwerkbezogene Initiativen konzentrieren.
    • Entwickeln und pflegen Sie Projektzeitpläne, Budgets und Pläne für die Ressourcenzuweisung.
    • Führen Sie Risikobewertungen durch und implementieren Sie Strategien zur Risikominderung, um den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Netzwerktechnikern, Systemadministratoren und Anbietern.
    • Steuerung der Erwartungen der Interessengruppen und Kommunikation des Projektstatus, der Probleme und des Fortschritts auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens.
    • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Industriestandards und Best Practices im IT-Projektmanagement.
    • Überwachen und Analysieren von Projektleistungskennzahlen, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erzielen.
    • Koordinieren und leiten Sie Projektteamsitzungen, geben Sie klare Anweisungen und fördern Sie eine kollaborative Umgebung.
    • Verwalten Sie die Projektdokumentation, einschließlich technischer Spezifikationen, Änderungsanfragen und Erfahrungswerten.

    Qualifikationen:

    • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
    • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung (5+ Jahre) im Management von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten, insbesondere von Projekten, die Netzwerktechnologien beinhalten.
    • Gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools (z.B. Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
    • Solides Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturkomponenten, Netzwerkprotokollen und neuen Technologien.
    • Erfahrung mit Budgetierung, Ressourcenzuweisung und Risikomanagement in IT-Projekten.
    • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Details.
    • Starke Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten.
    • Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
    • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten.
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift).
    • Zertifizierung als Project Management Professional (PMP) bevorzugt.
    • Kenntnisse des ITIL-Rahmens und der Grundsätze des IT-Service-Managements sind von Vorteil.
