    About the Role
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions for HLS enterprise clients. As an Account Executive, Digital AE, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing deals with new and existing customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through the strategic implementation of Salesforce's Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify new leads for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud or Service Cloud solutions
    • Develop and feed relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and digital transformation challenges.
    • Position Salesforce's solutions as the best way to address customers' outstanding needs and drive business growth.
    • Build compelling presentations and proposals that optimally communicate the value proposition of Salesforce's Digital solutions.
    • Negotiate and close deals, securing new business and growing customer relationships.
    • Lead a pipeline of opportunities, supervising progress and ensuring timely deal closures.
    • Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring customer happiness and improving the value they derive from Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies to effectively advise customers and deliver innovative solutions.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as an AE or Sales Representative in the technology industry, with a proven record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical guides to business decision-makers.
    • Fluent in English (German or French skills benefitial)
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
    • A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
