The role in a nutshell:


We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Market Leader to join our growing Staff-Leasing team and to assist our company in expanding our customer base.

To be a successful Market Leader, you should have a strong commercial approach, knowledge of the staffing services (TEMP/PERM) and a broad network within the countries and industries assigned to you.

Ideally you will be target-driven as you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting demanding sales goals


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the market business development strategy in the countries and industries assigned
  • Coordinate with other country Market Leaders to create panEuropean and Global value propositions
  • Coordinate with the European Marketing team specific actions for the assigned countries and industries
  • Generate leads, create opportunities, meet clients and negotiate contracts until closing
  • Create a network of sales partners and diversified sales channels
  • Operations;
  • Establish delivery processes, operational templates and implement Staff Leasing management software
  • Compliance
  • Administer the Staffing legal entities in the country in collaboration with our Finance team and our local advisors
  • Obtain and maintain the necessary licenses required in each country
  • Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records
  • Management
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, marketing, sales, or business administration
  • Native French and fluent English 510 years of working experience in relevant position
  • Preferable previous professional experience in a toplevel staffing company: Robert Half, PageGroup, Manpower, Korn Ferry, Robert Walters Group, Hays, Adecco, Randstad.
