We are a team of 6 enthusiastic HR professionals and we already work for Swiss and international companies in Suisse Romande during small and major restructuring, group trainings and career development coaching.
We have a valued partner in the Swiss Jura and are looking to expand our network and business in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
Role:
- Develop a prospects/clients portfolio in the Zürich area almost from scratch by meeting HR professionals and introduce them to our services.
- Provide our outplacement programs to our clients' employees, after having been trained to our techniques and processes.
- Build a community of independent certified coaches, trainers and Career coaches to support the development of the business.
- Contribute to creating a community of prospects by organizing dedicated HR events as we already do in Suisse Romande
- Be innovative and help us to become a reference in the outplacement and HR consulting industry in the Zurich area
Profile:
- You have 5 to 10 years experience as a recruitment consultant for local or international recruitment firms in Switzerland.
- You have a very good knowledge of the employment market in Suisse Romande as well as a network of HR professionals.
- You are strong enough to be very independent and work on your own, as you would be our first colleague in this part of Switzerland. But you will be able to have daily contacts with our team in Suisse Romande.
- You can work from home, but we would prefer you to join a Regus Office that we would take for you.
- You are willing to continue to create strong connections and to meet your prospects / clients facetoface.
- You speak German as your mother Tongue, English at a high level of capacity, French is an option.
- We can consider both part time or full time
