    Marketing 80% (f/m/d) - What we need: You are responsible for covering the entire linguistic spectrum, from translation to the editing of complex texts from German to French and, ideally, to Italian and/or English.

    You will work closely with the French-speaking editorial team to jointly develop content and ensure a consistent brand message in Switzerland.

    You also participate in the technical aspects with specialists from the Content department and other expert divisions to coordinate the tone used in the communications.

    You are responsible for quality assurance and technical proofreading of translations and transcripts produced by our external partner agencies in case of activity peaks.

    Your ability to convey marketing messages will anchor the identity of bexio in French-speaking Switzerland.

    The use of AI tools and their integration into modern work processes to produce high-quality texts is part of your routine, as is the proactive updating of the corporate-wide glossary to standardize technical language across all channels.


    What we require:

    You reside in Switzerland, hold a degree (IUT/university) in translation, applied linguistics, or multilingual communication, and have several years of experience in this field.

    In French (language A), you are capable of producing stylistically flawless and technically sound translations and transcripts.

    You have an excellent command of German (language B) as your main second language and solid knowledge of Italian and/or English.

    AI-assisted translation tools such as Deep L hold no secrets for you, and you are able to carry out professional post-editing of generated texts.

    You have developed methodological skills in terminology extraction and the writing of glossaries and language guides.

    The demands for quality and great precision in the production of complex technical and advertising content are familiar to you.

    You possess an autonomous personality that thrives in interdisciplinary interactions and feels comfortable in a technological environment.
