Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

Deep understanding of audit issues, regulatory requirements, risk and control matters in the field of Emerging Technologies. Experience in auditing or substantial exposure to Internal Audit would be an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge about controls around cloud, artificial intelligence (incl. ML, NLP), robotics, distributed ledger technology and open banking.
CISA, CISSP or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
Wellconnected amongst technology and university peers, enabling effective horizon scanning and benchmarking.
Strong analytical skills paired with an ability to see the bigger picture that helps stakeholders take corrective actions that work.
An agile mindset, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities to deliver effectively towards deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be an asset, and the ability to deliver difficult messages and present information in a succinct and concise way.
Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills which set an inspiring "tone from the top" within Internal Audit, but also key stakeholder groups within Technology and Data organizations of the bank.
