These characteristics give the Rado watches their incomparable appeal and character Feel the Rado difference Reporting to the Head of Performance & Paid Marketing and working closely with the Communication and E-commerce teams Sales department and local Brand and Marketing Managers you are responsible for defining executing and optimizing the Digital Paid Media strategy at both global and local levels Budget & Media Planning Manage continuously update media Plan for both global and local digital paid activities ensuring efficient budget allocation alignment with strategic priorities Global Campaigns Support Global Paid Media Leader in planning execution optimization of global digital campaigns across paid social display search programmatic channels Organize lead regular performance reviews with local markets presenting KPIs insights campaign results to executive stakeholders Evaluate consolidate final campaign results identifying key learnings recommendations future activations Local Campaigns Lead execution optimization performance reporting of local digital campaigns multiple channels including YouTube DV360 Meta CTV/OTT Ensure culturally relevant strategically aligned performancedriven Consolidate insights performance learnings from markets inform global strategy continuous optimization Affiliate Marketing Develop manage scale affiliate marketing programs across multiple markets partner coordination tracking ongoing optimization Creative Management Develop Digital Paid content strategies creative briefings advertising channels close collaboration internal external stakeholders Adapt orchestrate assets messaging meet market needs campaign activations Manage daytoday creative production Digital campaigns timely delivery banners videos other assets Profile Strong analytical mindset translate data actionable insights strategic recommendations Highly organized detailoriented capable managing multiple projects simultaneously Proactive solutionoriented team player with resultsdriven mindset able work independently collaboratively Curious adaptable eager continuously grow within digital landscape Comfortable international environment Professional Requirements Bachelor degree marketing digital media business related field Proven experience Digital Paid marketing managing mulitmarket campaigns Knowledge handsone experience across paid media platforms including Google Ads Meta Ads programmatic DSPS Expertise advanced targeting measurement techniques customer segmentation multitouch attribution funnel optimization Familiarity DAM platforms creative workflows Understanding luxury industry its practices social display programmatic search Experience working KPI benchmarks dashboards measure campaign effectiveness ROI Handsone experience Social Media Ads Managers TikTok Pinterest etc Solid knowledge web analytics tools Google Analytics equivalent Excellent command Microsoft Office Adobe Suite Photoshop Premiere Pro Experience languages excellent communication skills English additional languages plus Job Location Bielstrasse 45 Lengnau Schweiz Bern Company Address Rado Uhren AG Bielstrasse CH2543 Lengnau BE Schweiz}
