Q Analysts is looking for a Technical Program Manager to support a team of software engineers working on a collection of challenging projects. The Technical Program Manager will manage all aspects of our project's developmental deliverables. The team's dev deliverables will span HW and SW, contributing to our data collection capabilities. These initiatives support next generation technology platforms and products.
We are looking for a seasoned program manager with a background in managing software development projects, good attention to detail, good follow through and a can do attitude along with an ability to understand how to create and drive schedules across different teams.
Our team will help develop software for computer vision (CV) and mixed reality (MR) features on virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) head-mounted devices (HMDs). This challenging role participates in activities such as prototyping, unit testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, debugging, computational performance evaluation, quality assurance, etc., of systems, platform, and infrastructure.
Our team will be responsible for contributing to daily work on building software products and features shipping on the HMDs. Engineers are not expected to design and lead the implementation of complete features; however, a substantial degree of independence and self-drive are required to minimize onboarding and supervision.
Technical Program Manager will coordinate with different teams to ensure their SW requirements are identified and our deliverables are tracked to schedule correctly. Program manager will manage SDLC and help drive key objectives
Prioritize and distribute incoming development tasks. This is an international effort requiring strong experience enabling collaboration across disparate groups.
