Arxada Switzerland is looking for an experienced Time & Attendance / Payroll Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for the T&A activities for our Swiss population of approximately 950 EE's
Regularly review the exceptions and inform the manager if errors need to be corrected in Workday before the payroll interface is running
Responsible for ensuring that the interface with the payroll system works and that the relevant data is transferred in a timely and correct manner
Support the training of line managers and timekeepers
Provide first level support to managers and timekeepers, and second level support to employees
Manage and check the content of the time management system to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal rules
Provide guidance to the employee in question, in conjunction with the manager/TK and the HR department responsible for longterm absences
Verifies and checks timesheets for accuracy prior to payroll entry
Collect payroll and benefits information from various sources and provide payroll instructions to our payroll provider

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the endtoend processing of payroll and time management
Experience with time and attendance systems
Experience of working in a multinational matrix environment
Fluent in German and English with exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Structured, focused and organised work style
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
