To assist us in our growth, we are looking for a fiduciary manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a start-up mindset. The work hours and terms are flexible. Services offered:
    • Accounting and annual closing
    • Financial statements according to Swiss GAAP RPC and IFRS standards
    • Consolidated financial statements
    • Corporate tax
    • VAT
    • Payroll management
    • Due diligence in the context of mergers and sales of companies
    • Interim CFOWe work exclusively with state-of-the-art web-based management software. This allows our clients to manage their accounting in-house, limiting the intervention of our fiduciary to added-value tasks. We offer:

    • Monitoring, supporting, and advising clients regarding the management and finances of their company
    • Assisting clients in the context of accounting closures according to applicable standards, which may include the codes of Swiss GAAP RPC and IFRS
    • Management of tax and VAT matters
    • Payroll management
    • Client development and acquisition of new clients
    • Reviewing the team's work and supervision Profile sought:
    • Flexible working rate, between 80% and 100%
    • Degree in business management
    • Certified public accountant
    • Fluent in French, German, and English
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in fiduciary work
    • Mastery of accounting according to the codes of Swiss GAAP RPC and IFRS
    • Good knowledge of tax and VAT regulations
    • Team spirit and client-oriented
