SGPB Suisse is offering comprises global expertise in international wealth planning as well as in a wide range of investment solutions.
Mission:
We are currently seeking to appoint a skilled Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring a very high level of client service and seamless liaison with colleagues in all global locations.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Complex diary management
- Managing the minutes of Exco meetings
- Administering approvals as and when requested within the correct systems accordingly
- Coordinating regular departmental meetings
- Managing and assisting internal / external events
- Liaising with global SG Offices
- Client interaction / meetings and entertainment (diary management, arranging and booking of meetings, dining/restaurants bookings, assisting with setting up of road show meetings, visits)
- Arranging and managing business travel (management of conference invitations and bookings thereof; booking of accommodation and flights; itinerary management; travel expense reconciliation and expense claim assistance)
Profile required:
Studies & experience:
- Solid educational background
- Prior experience of working as an Executive Assistant
- Proven financial services experience
- Experience of working with senior heads of business and liaising with senior clients, both internal and external
Language skills:
- Fluency in French
- English would be a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good understanding of administrative systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
