    Wir suchen Dich als Facility Coordinator (m/w/d) für den Einsatz bei einem internationalen Kunden vor Ort. In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du die technische Verantwortung für die Gebäude- und Anlageninfrastruktur und stellst einen reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Betrieb sicher.

    Du koordinierst und überwachst Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten, steuerst externe Dienstleister und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unseren Kunden in allen technischen Belangen. Dabei bringst Du Dein fundiertes technisches Know-how aktiv ein, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt nachhaltige Lösungen um.

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Unterstützung und aktive Mitarbeit bei täglichen Arbeiten sowie Inspektionen im Gebäude.
    • Organisation und Koordination von Instandhaltungen, Hausmeisterdiensten und Projekten.
    • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen unserer Vermieter und Kunden.
    • Betreuung des Reklamationsmanagement und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern.
    • Koordinierung und Planung von Sitzungen.
    • Personelle und fachliche Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden.
    • Aufbau und Pflege von nachhaltigen Beziehungen zu Kunden, Kollegen und Dienstleistungspartnern.
    • Verwaltung von RE&F-Tools, – Verfahren, -Aufzeichnungen und -Richtlinien.

    Deine Qualifikationen:

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt oder Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management ist zwingend.
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung- und Instandsetzung von haustechnischenAnlagen.
    • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden.
    • Sehr selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
    • Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis mit hoher Kundenorientierung.
    • Führerschein Kategorie B.
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, jeweils in Wort undSchrift.
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
