Then you must be the right talent to join our team as HQ Brand Experience Intern
The Brand Experience Intern will be in charge of coordinating, providing administrative and logístical support to the Brand Experience team on all HQ events (Watches and Wonders Geneva, Haute Joaillerie launches, etc.) and the follow-up of events in the markets
You will make an impact by:
- Coordinating the overall operational tasks of the events, contact with the different departments and markets
- Monitoring the competition / inspirations
- Following up on projects and minutes of internal and external meetings
- Developing staff schedules for events (transfers, missions and schedules...)
- Sourcing and following up on hostess missions (briefing, sourcing of outfits, hair & make up, etc.)
- Participating and following the brand experience during the manufacturing visits
- Managing the followup and logistics (stock, shipments) of Merchandising elements (POS, presentation material...)
- Managing the registration platform for Watches and Wonders Geneva (creation of badges, hotel reservations, etc.)
- Managing the administration on SAP (creation of new suppliers, management of forms, invoicing etc.)
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
- You have a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication
- You have a first professional experience (internship) in events in the luxury industry or luxury hotel industry (inhouse or in an agency)
- You are organized, dynamic, agile and able to work under pressure
- You have a good command of MS Office and are very comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel
- You are fluent in French and English and are very comfortable writing in both languages
