Your field of responsibility


As Incident Management and Control Remediation you will support the management of sensitive investigations linked to internal and external security threats, which involve or could impact Credit Suisse.

You will work closely with colleagues across Chief Security Office, Chief Information Officer, Legal and Compliance to identify opportunities to enhance data protection controls and manage these initiatives through to completion.

We are a new department within the Chief Security Officer organization with a mandate to support top management in review and investigation of highly sensitive matters.

We are a growing team who works closely and collaboratively with a wide group of stakeholders across the bank including broader teams within CTOO, as well as General Counsel and Compliance amongst others.

Your skills and experience


Possessing a solid mix of incident management skills together with a solid technical background, you are highly organized, proactive and control orientated individual possessing a natural curiosity.

You possess the following skills and attributes required for success in the role:


  • Min. Bachelor's degree, ideally within a STEM discipline
  • Min. 5+ yrs. of experience in investigations or incident management, gained in either corporate security, law enforcement/military, security consulting, legal, audit or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of incident response, digital forensics, and investigation processes
  • Ability to develop dynamic remediation plans, based on investigative findings and gaps
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage complex tasks to timeline and budget
