Job summary
The Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing support to the cluster HR team in various aspects of human resources management.
This includes application handling, onboarding and maintenance administration as well as exit procedures ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities include employment requests acknowledgement within 48 hours,
- Every applicant receives a personalized response to their application.
- CVs are distributed to Heads of Department and followed-up on.
