    To further strengthen and expand our Sales Team at Robeco, we are looking for a

    Sales Support Switzerland %)

    based in Zurich and reporting into the Head of Sales Switzerland.

    Robeco is looking for a service-oriented and motivated sales support specialist. You will be part of the Swiss team and work in close partnership with the sales managers to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships.

    The Swiss team services a diverse client base across banks, independent financial advisors, pension funds, insurance companies and family offices. They are invested across the firm's various key capabilities: sustainability, credit, quant and fundamental equities. It's our mission to achieve high client satisfaction.

    As a Sales Support, your key responsibilities include supporting sales managers to reach the overall team targets and support business development activities. We further want you to take ownership and responsibility for supplying the required services to clients (be it reactive or pro-active). In your role, you'll cooperate and liaise with the various internal departments such as marketing, investment division, legal & compliance, client servicing, RFP team, onboarding, etc. Being client focused and having a clear understanding about the client needs is required.

    As part of your role you:

    • Will be responsible for day-to-day query's and source material requested by prospects and clients
    • Support Sales Managers in sales activities including business development (i.e. RfPs, on-site visits, pitch book preparation) as well as cross selling
    • Help troubleshooting problems and take leadership on ad-hoc projects
    • Act internally as a single point of contact for allocated clients along with the Sales Manager
    • Understand our product offering across Robeco as well as our USPs
    • Oversee the implementation of new client relationships or changes with existing client mandates (incl. IMA)
    • In case a sales manager is absent act as a back-up in giving (where possible) a first reaction to a client question
    • Process daily customer enquiries independently

    Ideal qualifications and skills required:

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and/or industry designations (CFA, AZEK, CAIA, etc)
    • Minimum of two years of work experience in Asset Management, Banking or Finance
    • 1-2 years experience in Swiss institutional sales support
    • Passionate about sustainability and investment management
    • Client centric with excellent relationship-building skills
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Native German or French as well as fluent in English
    • Swiss work permit
    • Driven, motivated and pro-active team player
    • Analytical & structured
    • Strong attention to detail
    • And... just a nice person to work with
